Because a lot of these Investments have low track records not long and are extremely speculative it is important to make sure that the investment objective of speculation aligns with the customer and that all of the risks of loss the potential downfalls of the investment were appropriately described to the investor and understood by the investor asking questions of the investor to make sure that they understand how speculative the investment really is and whether that is really what they want to do that they could lose all of their money.
